Current methods of collecting outstanding accounts and credit checking are not working. Referrals to debt collection agents do not work.

We have hundreds of customers who ALL pay their bills on time.

Our new Debt Collection program is below. The Policy below will be enforced after your bill is overdue in excess of 90 days and our calls to you are unanswered.

Most companies exceed terms make arrangement for payments and talk to us about ways to solve their problems.

These companies below and the people who run them have outstanding unpaid bills over 120 days with our company.

If you are on this list and wish to be removed there are two ways to do it.

(a) Pay All of your outstanding Accounts and send me a letter of apology for the outstanding debt or

(b) Tell a Court what I publically listed your debt to expose you and tell Judge why your account is outstanding.

A Court will ask why I have publically listed you. The Answer will be - You are publically listed so other companies do not have to put up with your crap of buying with no intention to pay.

Non payment of accounts offends me, the person who extended to you credit in good faith and puts the onus onto customers who do pay, causing prices to unnecessarily rise.

A Court will ask you why your account is unpaid. While I am in COURT with you, I will ask for punitive damages to stop you being uncooperative with regard your bill paying practices in the future.

So go ahead Sue me and we might all end up on A Current Affair or Today Tonight. I'll certainly use the publicity to help pay for my court costs.
