Composite Bearing

Composite or standard bearings fit 40mm square axles.

Neither LM bearings nor Ford Bearings, composite bearings have an outer diameter of 22mm whilst 31.75mm is the ID.

Standard bearings are rated at a maximum of 1250kg.

 Bearing Kit comprises:

• Inner Bearing LM67048 – Holden
• Outer Bearing LM12749 – Ford
• 45.2mm Dust Cap
• Standard Holden LM Seal

Black grease is evidence of carbon black and worn bearings. Replace the bearing immediately to prevent catastrophic bearing failure.

When using marine seals it is essential that grease be applied liberally around the 2 seal lips. These lips will burn and create heat if assembled without grease.
