Replacement coil springs are powder coated and rated from 400kg to 1000kg per spring. This spring upgrade or replacement is now available for your camper trailer axle suspension from our Independent Suspension range of five springs.

Lovell's springs for independent suspension systems require an upgrade as the payload increases.
Couplemate uses only Lovell quality Australian-made springs in our Independent Suspension.
If you have another brand suspension, please check the coil spring dimensions, as we do not know competitor coil spring dimensions.
Leaf spring suspensions on solid axles are considered inferior to heavy-duty, independent front Suspension.
Independent Suspension has significant ride height advantages on dirt roads. There is no solid axle beam in the middle of the trailer to scape ridges on dirt roads.

Therefore, for every 30kg, the Suspension is designed to compress by 1mm or 1kg by 0.0333mm.
The 16mm coil is more significant than most springs of this rating. We chose 16mm to make it more durable under all loading conditions.
Note: Some manufacturers use this spring with a shock absorber mounted inside. Please be sure you measure your original equipment thoroughly before purchasing this product.
