45mm Zinc Dumjack

The 45mm zinc dumjack spring hanger is an essential component in a single axle and a tandem axle suspension systems.

The front eye of a shackle spring is connected to a fixed hanger, as opposed to the rear hanger that has shackle plates attached.

The rear shackle plates are connected to the dumjack via a shackle bolt.

Spring movement is towards the rear. Shackle plates swing backward to compensate for undulations in the road.

The dumjack is not supplied with a bush. Bush sizes are 22mm OD and either 1/2″, 9/16″ or 5/8″ ID.
