Suitable for caravans, horse floats, livestock transport, and other trailers, this spring offers a smoother ride compared to standard suspension systems, ensuring comfort on long journeys.

This model features front and rear springs in a 15-inch and 16-inch tandem setup.

When building a new dual-axle trailer, it is advisable to allow 10% of consumables and non-consumables as Payload for your customer.

For example, if the desired payload is 3t, build the ATM to 3.3t or 3.5t.

If upgrading, check the capacity of your tow bar.

Checking your tow ball weight for better towing is a great idea. 5.5% -7% for tandem trailers.

Tandem Trailer Rocker Roller Spring Setup

The length of rocker roller springs can vary from 1mm to 5mm. The best method to install is as follows:

Weld the centre bracket into position, connect the centre rocker, and attach springs to the centre rocker.
Install front and back spring hanger brackets onto the springs.
Stretch the front spring as far as it will go, then tack it to your chassis rail.
Stretch the back spring as far as it will go, then tack it to your chassis rail.
