Couplemate Trailer Parts ships both domestically and internationally. These orders are dispatched from our warehouse daily via various couriers. For larger orders, we recommend contacting our sales team via email (sales@couplemate.com.au).

Freight Costs

Freight costs will depend on various factors, namely: where your order is to be delivered, what courier you choose to go through, and how large your order is. This can be calculated via the check-out screen by entering your delivery address, and then various shipping options will be available.

We also offer in-store pickup for our Brisbane customers.

Dispatch Times

We strive to get in-stock items booked and dispatched in 1-3 business days. For items we need to order or have a delay, one of our sales team members will contact you as soon as possible.

In-Transit

Transit time will depend on where your order will be delivered to and by what courier. Couplemate Trailer Parts provides tracking details on all shipments. This tracking information will have the most up-to-date information on your order after it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please be advised that shipping times may vary in the current COVID-19 climate and other external influences (weather conditions, holidays, or local delays).

Warranty & Returns

If you received a wrong or defective item, please get in touch with our sales team within 7 days with pictures showing the issue so we can assist you.

We offer a warranty on the service life of all trailer parts manufactured in our Wynnum warehouse. Please note: warranty covers faulty workmanship and does not cover disposable parts (for example, bearings).

All Couplemate Trailer Parts are manufactured and selected for sale based on quality. We can offer you our unconditional lifetime guarantee that the products we manufacture in-house will be replaced free of cost if found to have failed due to faulty workmanship.

For products stocked by our varying suppliers, we will happily contact the original supplier on your behalf to have the product assessed under their warranty terms.

Please note that once your order is shipped, a re-stocking fee of 15% will apply for any change-of-mind returned goods.

Couplemate Trailer Parts Most of our International Orders are dispatched daily via Australia Post Express. Commercial invoices are provided with each purchase.
