1. Why is the 16mm coil better than competitor choices?
Our 16mm coil is structurally more significant and robust than most aftermarket springs on the market with a similar rating. We intentionally selected a 16mm baseline thickness to ensure long-term durability and fatigue resistance under punishing off-road load conditions.
2. Will these springs fit my non-Couplemate trailer suspension?
If you run another brand of suspension, please verify your existing coil dimensions against our specifications sheet before ordering. We do not keep records of competitor technical dimensions and cannot guarantee cross-compatibility without exact measurements.
3. My suspension has internal shock absorbers. Will these work?
Some trailer manufacturers design independent setups with a shock absorber mounted right inside the core of the coil. Please carefully measure the inside diameter clearance of your original setup to verify there is zero internal fouling before completing your purchase.
4. Why did my order arrive with blue springs instead of black?
Lovells Australia manufactures our high-grade springs locally. During periods where the standard black series is temporarily out of stock, Lovells supplies identical factory-spec springs finished in their iconic signature blue powder coat to eliminate shipping delays.
