Simplicity Bearing Kit
Simplicity kits use long-haul bearings. The comfort of knowing your caravan is running on quality bearings is undoubtedly worth the extra cash.
The bearing Kit includes front and back bearings, a seal and a pressed steel hub cover.
Kit Includes (BEARING-KIT-A75)
Couplemate recommends Japanese bearings for caravans travelling at high speeds and long distances. The only bearing used in Couplemate axle builds is NSK or Koyo (depending on availability), both of which are made in Japan.
It is wise to remove and replace the old bearing cups when replacing bearings.
Cups and races are subject to wear and tear.
If you witness carbon black in your grease or black grease, cups and races must be replaced immediately.
Other Simplicity Bearing Kits
Finally, high-temperature bearing grease on bearing kits can be used at high speeds. Check your caravan parts for fatigue.
