- Measure the wheel offset: Find the distance between the inside of the hub and the outside of the rubber tyre.
- Add clear space: Add 50mm to that offset measurement (or choose your own custom distance between the rubber tyre and trailer chassis).
- Account for both sides: Multiply that final number by 2.
- Find total length: Add your overall trailer chassis width to that number.
