This M14 x 1.5 High-Tensile Long Knurl Wheel Stud is a heavy-duty replacement fastener designed for high-stress trailer and automotive applications. Engineered with an extended knurl, this stud provides superior “bite” and retention, making it ideal for hubs where standard-length knurls may not offer sufficient engagement.

When upgrading to thicker disc rotors or heavy-duty hubs, standard wheel studs often fall short. This 57mm-long stud features a specialised 22mm-long knurl, ensuring maximum surface contact within the hub flange. This prevents the stud from spinning or pushing back during wheel installation and high-torque operation.

Installation Note

For a safe and secure fit, the hub hole should be slightly smaller than the 15.5mm knurl diameter to allow for a proper interference fit. We recommend using a hydraulic press for installation to ensure the stud is seated perfectly flush against the back of the hub.
