10-inch DeeMaxx Disc Rotor | Ventilated Ford Rotor
10-inch DeeMaxx Disc Rotors are known for providing superior heat dissipation. By having ventilation gaps, air can better circulate in your discs, which helps keep caliper brakes cooler.
These brake hubs, with a rotor thickness of 22mm, will suit both Kodiak and DeeMaxx hydraulic caliper brakes.
Each disc has a dacromet-coated coating, providing excellent rust resistance. This is especially important for boat trailers exposed to salt water.

Installation Overview
- Fit the bearings into the disc rotor without grease (initially).
- Fit the rotor onto the axle. Lock the axle nut.
- Bolt the mounting plate onto the disc caliper
- Place a cable tie around the rotor.
- Install the caliper and mount it over the disc rotor.
- Install an airline into the hydraulic thread to blow out the piston onto the disc pad, locking the disc pad into position.
- Tack weld the mounting plate into position.
- If you are happy with the location of the mount, remove the caliper and rotor to finish welding.
- Grease the bearings and re-install the disc.
