AL-KO Hydraulic Caliper Slide Kit

AL-ko hydraulic caliper slide kit fits all AL-ko hydraulic disc calipers.

Fittings, such as slide pins and bleed screws, are brass, while other fittings are Stainless Steel.

10-inch and 12-inch disc rotors
1500kg per axle with 225mm rotors
2000kg per axle with 275mm rotors
Suitable for disc thickness from 10mm to 15mm

Replacement AL-KO Spare Parts

Trailer weights exceeding 2000 kg require independent control and a breakaway facility to ensure brake activation in emergencies.

Tip: When changing or checking disc pads, squeeze the piston home a little by applying a G-clamp to it.

As a result, this procedure will give you extra room to insert the disc pads.

Further, when inserting the piston, apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to it. Silicone lubricant does not contaminate hydraulic brake fluid like grease.
