Replacement Rocker Roller 60mm Spring Bush
Replacement 60mm Rocker Roller Steel Bush. Long-term use wears down and reduces the size of spring bushes, allowing the spring to jump on the roller.
K1045 is a medium-tensile steel used to make axles. As a consequence, the bush is robust and long-lasting.
Although labelled a 60mm bush, the bush measures 59mm wide and has an ID of 16mm.
The bush is compatible with a 16mm greaseable shackle bolt. IN cases where a steel bush is inserted into a steel roller, a greaseable bolt should be used to reduce friction and reduce heat.
60mm rocker roller springs made by AL-KO and other manufacturers all use a 60mm bush. The Couplemate™ CM656 is a suitable replacement for AL-KO part number 576301 and is part of the Australian-Made Campaign.
We no longer sell plastic rocker roller bushes due to frequent load failures. If you have plastic 60mm roller bushes, use the CM565 as a replacement.
