Sorted out my safety chain issue in no time!!! Thanks to the guys and girls at Couple mate for sorting my issue with a short safety chain out. Due to the addition of a canopy to my ute, I had to install a new tow hitch to tow my boat. The extended tow gitch made the safety chain far too short. After a visit to the office, my issue was literally solved straight away. I went home and measured what I needed to make it all work. After a quick phone call back, they took my order and literally sorted it out straight away. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Kate and Josh who I dealt with in the office and over the phone. You guys are an asset to the company. It's very rare to find such friendly helpful staff these days. Thanks again. Totally recommend this company for any of your towing and trailer needs.

Fast efficient service easy to order. The freight can easily be missed when doing an online order. Not overly fussed on the quality of certain parts. Especially from China. Dee maxx calipers are a concern with the rubber bushings for the slide and retaining bolts. They heat up easily and become distorted and the slide / retaining bolt can pass right through the caliper unobstructed. Not normally a concern. Outer pad wear is also much quicker than the larger inner.

Awsome, good products and good quality, Recently ordered brakes and bearings for my caravan and one of the brake shoes was damaged in the freight, rang couplemate and it was replaced with a new brake shoe, Definitely recommend couplemate, will use couplemate for my next service again 👌
