The incorrect Electric Caravan Brake Shoes were sent to me. Delivery was quite prompt but created a significant problem as I had already stripped the brakes down and need... read more them rebuilt in 4 days. As the goods arrived on Thursday prior to Easter my chances of replacement in time were not good. Contacted Steve on Easter Saturday, he was open, and told him what had happened and I arranged to be at the shop by 11am, a two hour drive from home. After some discussion we agreed that using a full assembly would be a better approach and Steve replaced the Brake Shoes with these full assemblies at a solid discount in consideration of my inconvenience.
