65mm round axles are our largest axle which is used on 2t and 3t setups.
Always use 16mm U Bolts kits on these axles.
3t Profiles are required in heavy-duty situations such as farm, mining or agricultural where overloading frequently occurs.
Axles bending in the middle by more than 5mm require a heavier-duty solution.
This solution is simple, upgrade the axle size and transfer the backing plates and drums to the new axle.
Alternatively, a 3t axle setup complete with brakes or unbraked hubs is a great solution.
